This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Reciprocity Institute (“Reciprocity”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (“Participants”). This Privacy Policy applies to all courses and activities (the “Program”) offered by Reciprocity.

Enrolling = acceptance of these terms

By enrolling in the Program, you signify your understanding and acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not enroll. Your continued enrollment following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

We collect limited personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from Participants in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Participants enroll in a Reciprocity Program, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available. We will only collect personal identification information from Participants if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Participants can refuse to supply personal identification information, but doing so may prevent them from engaging in some activities.

We use collected information to run the Program for you

Reciprocity may collect and use Participants’ personal identification information for the following purposes:

• To improve service and the learning experience.
  Information you provide helps us respond to your requests service and support needs more efficiently.
• To personalize user experience
  We may use anonymously aggregated information to understand how our Participants as a group use the services and resources provided through our Institute.
• To communicate information related to the Program
  We may use Participant email addresses to send Participants information and updates pertaining to their involvement in our Programs. Participant email addresses may also be used to respond to Participant inquiries, questions, or other requests.

We won't share your personal information

Your information is for Program-related business only. We respect your privacy and will not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

We can't control third party websites you visit

Participants may encounter advertising or other content in our Institute that links to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors, resources and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on their websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Institute. In addition, linked websites or services, including their content and hyperlinks, may change. Those websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Participants, is subject to that website's own terms, conditions and policies.

The Institute has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage participants to check this page for changes. By enrolling in this program, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
